Customer service is only good until they get your money! Doug figured out how much siding I needed by the square footage of my house. When the work was done I had a full unopened box of siding left over. Doug refused to let me return it even though it was his miscalculation. I even offered to pay a restocking fee. It ended up being a waste of $440 to me. I will never recommend them to anyone.
