Very well maintain. Underground parking. Fantastic river walk. Life on the river is good.
Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. It has a good amount of storage and it is quite pleasing to the eye, bright and cheery. The manager is very friendly and kind. Would love to live there, but won’t be applying because of financial constraints. Loved what I saw!
I have lived here for 4 1/2 years, and it is wonderful. They have been very helpful with any type of issue I have had. The managers are hospitable, friendly, helpful, and just all around wonderful people. The neighbors are very friendly, gathering throughout the building periodically for conversation. Prior to Covid (and hopefully again in the near future) there have been various lunches/dinners/morning coffee and donuts offered throughout the year.
