The complex is situated in a quiet riverside neighborhood, within walking distance of public transport, schools, shops, churches, medical facilities, and much more. I am pleased that I moved to these apartments this year (2026). I find the staff to be professional and very helpful. The apartments are kept up to date and the central heating and ac are efficient. Very convenient to downtown Sacramento as well.
River Senior Apartments are a great place to live. They're located in a quiet area near the river, with transportation, schools, shops, churches, clinics, and more nearby.
