River Senior Apartments are a great place to live. They're located in a quiet area near the river, with transportation, schools, shops, churches, clinics, and more nearby. The community is diverse and very friendly! My parents have lived here for seven years and love it because the management team does a fantastic job! Ever since the ownership changed, everything has went down hill for seniors living here. No manager on duty during normal business hours, takes forever for maintenance to do literally anything. And when you need them urgently, they will come 2-3 days later. Not recommending this place for seniors...

I called at least 4 times to see about applying for an apartment or at least be added to the waiting list. First I left 2 messages and they never called me back, then I went by the office and they said they were not accepting applications yet, that I should try the next week. So I called the next week and they told me try in another week. So I called today and whatta you know, they're not taking applications nor are they placing anyone on the waiting list. I sense discrimination.

I have lived in my seniors apartment since May 2008. Especially enjoy the proximity to the river, the apartment complex landscaping, the plethora of wild birds and occasional wildlife. Also like the dogs within the complex, and neighborhood dogs I see as I garden. So many nice people. I feel safe here.
