*We just bought the first of the new Horton houses that are being built in this neighborhood - so we actually live here.* This is beautiful neighborhood with large yards and access to the river. Tons of beautiful trees, as well. As of spring 2025, only 3 houses are occupied, but there is a lot of potential with the neighborhood. This new community is like no other. It’s so peaceful and has that perfect Lowcountry feel. The community dock really adds the perfect touch to the neighborhood. DR Horton is really outdoing themselves on this one!
