My mom has been at Rivers of Life for almost a year now and we love the staff and she is doing well at age 89. The facility is clean and people are friendly. The food is very good too.
Whenever sue is around everyone is more stressed, she is rude and should not be working with elderly people. Ignores you and is extremely strict seems to hate everyone. Sheila is not much better but instead of ignoring you she's condescending. Seen nurses yanking on patients without explaining and talking to them and seeing them try to take their hands back and get distressed, they don't talk to people they lug em around like dogs.
