As an Asian-American and a minority in Minnesota, it can tend to feel isolating. I felt alone in my thoughts. Depression and anxiety were my two best friends. I have been seeing Charlie for therapy going on three years. He has helped me through some of the most challenging periods in my life and I am forever grateful for his support. As someone that has worked with other therapists in the past, I understand that not all providers are created equal. For anyone considering going to therapy, or looking to make a change and thinking of working with Charlie, I highly recommend they give him a chance!

I have Charlie Miller. He’s absolutely fantastic! Great humor and huge passion for helping those who are in need of mental health services and support. I recommend this provider by far bc he knows exactly what he is doing and is a great support for my life and for my mental health and well being.
