No hot water. Was supposed to be refunded for one nights stay 9-30-2018. This is 11-7-2018 and no refund as of yet. Would not stay there again.
NO WIFI OR HOT WATER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Booked with Orbitz, got there and the WiFi didn’t work, had super low bandwidth and my computer and laptop kept timing out, and the shower water never got hot, only luke warm. The front desk lady didn’t deny it whenI mentioned these issues and told me to call Orbitz, which I did, but they are refusing to refund me because the hotel is lying and saying it’s fine. Very nice hotel with a pleasant staff. Great location in the good part of town. Good deal on my room rate. Five stars all the way.
Freindly reception from desk.. Comfortable bed. Small room but very clean. Good value for price.
I've been staying here for 4 months now since I, came from Phoenix Az. Very quiet, I hadn't have know Problems.
