Yea, these guys suck. The city was about to tow my car so I called them to see if they would tow & scrap it. The dude that answered the phone at 9:00 am was very polite and helpful. He said they would give me a miesly $100. He also said someone would be there to tow it within 30 minuets. 2 hours went by. I called them back and they didn't know what I was talking about.
