Dr Arbo & staff are very caring & kind & don't charge you for anything unnecessarily. They have taken care of our 3 dogs for 3 or 4 yrs. & our friends dogs & cats for longer. They are very busy & book 2 to 3 weeks out.
Do not go to this place! I went today because my dog was not acting right and her breathing was not right. They sent me away because they did not have time to look at her. Their website indicates they can help with medical emergencies but never checked her and instructed me to take her to ER vet which was over 30 minutes away. On the way to the ER vet, my perfectly healthy 8 year old baby died in my arms. She had her annual checkup and vaccines in November. Do not go to this place! I went today because my dog was not acting right and breathing was not right. They sent me away because they did not have time to look at her. They told me to take her to ER vet which was over 30 minutes away. On the way to the ER vet, my perfectly healthy 8 year old baby died in my arms. I am completely devastated and keep thinking they could have helped and refused.
The staff is professional and very polite. The facility is clean and organized. Every time we take our pets, our experience has been great not for just us but also for our pets. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to take care of your pets with regular or emergency visits.
