I went in to get some treats and ask some questions and they weren’t very warming and they didn’t seem too interested about talking about animals which they should because it’s a veterinarian, but my opinion. Awesome bought a bag of treats that were $50 but I found very expensive.
I could not recommend Dr. Arbo and his staff more. I visited during the hardest time with my sweet boy, Noah. During the visit it was ultimately decided that my sweet Noah needed to be put down. What was obviously a devastatingly emotional experience was made as pleasant as it could be given the circumstances by Dr. Arbo and his staff. Thank you to Dr Arbu for kindly fitting it our very sick senior dog(16 years). She has chronic pancreatitis and experienced a flare up. We took her to her regular vet who was out of the office, so she saw a new vet, Dr Gordon that was filling in at the local vet office. Dr Gordon shared the availability of a new med that targeted pancreatic disease. Although they did not have it in office, she made arrangements to take our dog to the RiversEdge Vet, Dr Arbu. I brought in my two girls Labrador retrievers for their annual shots. The front desk staff, the tech angel, and Dr. Gordon, all of them were AMAZING.They actually listen to your concerns and thoroughly check your animal. I have never went to a vet that checked into every single detail and concern that I had. I would definitely recommend this vet office.
Extremely kind vet, and very reasonable on their prices. I've been working with animals my entire life, and I trust this vet entirely. Front receptionist were very nice. It was very quick in and out. Great service.
