This is about the company took ownership of my apartment complex River's Edge Townhomes in 2012. I had been a resident there since 2008 and this had always been a great place until Oy Vavoy (their name is accurate b/c living under them you will say OY VAY!). First, they let the grounds go. Before Oy Vavoy, we had gardeners and landscapers coming twice a week to care for the beautiful grounds, including many thriving rose bushes.
