I’ve been with them about 4 yes now..It was great til about a year ago. Now when we have a problem.. they will take months to even respond to you and then send someone to do a temporary fix. I had high opinions of this place but it’s going downhill
could not get rid of this company fast enough. have three properties managed by this company and had a horrible experience over about a four year period. half the tenants had to be evicted. not sure rivers edge does a thorough screening. the screening process is clearly missing something. here are a few examples: rivers edge prop placed a tenant in my house who had judgement records as far back as 2008 and placed in my home in 2016. this tenant eventually had to be evicted. when asked why tenant was allowed to move in rivers... read more

River's Edge Property Mgmt. would like to address the above listed concerns from the previous owner. Our company does in fact have standard rental criteria when screening for tenancy. Each applicant is screened for: credit score, income, rental history & debt to income ratio. We present all these numerical facts to the owner for their final approval or denial. Rent out your self, having them is a waste of time. They will call you when theres a problem and ask you what to do. The point of them getting paid every month is the handle the problems, they dont have a handy man on staff or even one on call for quick jobs. They allowed someone to move in my house even after that person kids burned down the last house. Beware they are a waste of time and money and there hours sick when you are trying to do business. Do it your self or get a better company

I am the one who wrote the review back in 12/2012 saying that I checked into their license number and found no problems. I had mentioned I would review them again after a sometime working with them so here we go. I have been working with this company for almost a full year and I have been really impressed with the serves. They were able to find me a good tenant quickly and are very responsive to emails. money hungry? THE most desperate rental company I've ever dealt with. I had 25 missed calls from their receptionist!!!!!!!!!! Fair warning people....
