Deceptive billing practices by this pharmacy. Payments are NEVER shown as a credit on the billing statements, which makes it Appear money is still owed. I have spoken numerous times with the accounting department and they verbally confirm they have received, cashed & deposited full payment however they told me THIS IS HOW THEY DO ACCOUNTING! Very positive experience with River's Edge Pharmacy, especially with staff member Alaa. I needed an infusion and Medicare was making it very difficult and the first thing she said was, 'You shouldn't have to worry about this, let me take care of it.' The beginning was rough with them as they would often not include anything, said my nurse couldn’t request supplies, and delivering meds at the last minute. In the last few months (July ‘24), things have significantly improved. They are finally sending the correct supplies and medication early enough to correct IF there are concerns.
