Cheyenne is amazing. She went above and beyond to keep us updated and made sure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout the process despite us not knowing if we could make it work. She walked us through each appointment, answered all our questions with kindness, and has such a calming presence despite being on the phone with me for 20+ minutes (LOL). So pleased with the team at Rivers Edge, the treatment coordinator Shawna is so knowledgeable and great to chat with! Dr. Darren is so fun and patient with my kids and Marion (dental assistant) is the most amazing person to have working directly with our children, she is sweet and makes my kids feel safe. My son just finished approx 18 months of orthodontic care with Dr Darren and staff at Rivers Edge and I cannot praise them enough for the care, attention to detail and dental expertise. Every single staff member, from the reception desk, technicians and Dr Darren were always pleasant, thorough, patient, knowledgeable and caring. 100% recommend Rivers Edge!
