Tolle Outdoor Aktivität. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Organisation. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung wird man mit einem Shuttlebus ca. 5 km Flussaufwärts gebracht und steigt dort in die Kanus. Ohne Pause dauert die reine Kayaktour ca. 2 h und lässt sich auch von ungeübten Kayaksportlern gut bewältigen.
Fun kayaking at-your-own-pace experience. Just about the right distance: 2-21/2 hours if you keep moving, more if you make stops.
Came here with my boyfriend and it was a really smooth experience - we even missed the shuttle and the next one came 10 minutes later! Good: - Very good logistics - we got picked up by the shuttle by very nice staff who also gave us sunglass straps and wet bags - The route was super easy to follow - the fast sections were the most fun on our SUPs - The river is beautiful! Looking for a nice day on the river? Go with River's Edge. Staff is really friendly. They make sure you have dry bags and sunglass holders and drive you to the launch. Once there, the friendly staff will help you in your craft and push you off. At the end of June, the river was still high enough we didn't have to get out anywhere to walk. There are a few tricky spots but if you watch for them and go straight through, you'll be ok. It's less crowded than other parts of the river. I always enjoy my day with River's Edge!
