It’s like another other nice apartment with a playground but in the office they have parties and they will send you mail on your door about which is a month calendar and the fun things they are gonna do for kids and adults.

I love living here🥰 Managment is the best! They go far and beyond to help make it a comfortable experience to live here! I am very, very pleased. I also have to mention that it's very quiet and peaceful. Sometimes I can't believe I have neighbors!!! I'm so glad that I moved here!!!
Hi and a warm welcome to anyone reading this newer post about this waterside apartment community! I've lived here a year so far and I've more than loved living here. Updated and modern, high ceilings, affordable-I can still save money after paying bills and buying groceries. Management and Maintenance are kind and respond in a timely manner. I can't speak for EVERYONE's neighbors but mine are great! It's a good place to call home....
