poor maintenance: door seals not replaced. residents go days without a/c, door bells not working. trash dumpsters always overflowed. window screens not replaced. No answers calls in office, no response to requests, poor communication with residents, privacy rudely invaded. residents evicted for minor violations. Little concern for welfare of people. Nice building. poor management!
theres no one in the office everyday only a couple days a week and they are hard to reach, I had to leave a message for emergency maintenance for my ac not working and havent recieved a call back and it's in July ! Not happy at all
