cheap apartments easy to get into Our apartment had 4 ceiling leaks and both bedroom and living room windows leaking, AC unit wasn't properly put in so it also leaked and let in bugs, ask to speak to the owner and you can only talk to the office people or maintenance even when they tell you that your question is a question for the owner.

Rent prices will go up about $100 every year you live there. If you have a lot of stuff, don't move there. The head maintenance guy will look down on you and talk down to you. They will make you throw away everything until the unit is designed to their liking. Be careful what you leave out when the maintenance men come around. I have "lost" stuff when they make their visits.
Great Place to Live! I absolutely love my experience here at Rivers Edge Apartments. The office is kind and quick to answer all my questions, the move-in process was very smooth and clear. Maintenance stays on top of my work orders, and even goes out of their way to contact me afterwards to make sure I'm content with the service received. I adore the resident-centered atmosphere throughout the entire property, and applaud the great communication! Very excited about the new Smart locks!

A good year! Application and move-in was easy & straight forward. Even in 2020 with COVID restrictions. Any time I've needed maintenance (all for minor issues), it's been prompt, respectful, and completed in a timely manner. Grounds maintenance are on top of snow removal, and leaves and limbs, and even raccoon messes. My lease is almost up and the only big complaints I had were a single neighbor and management was great about that, within reason.

Dumpy C- class property Dumpy C- class property. Be careful if you have pets. The pet free will be kept, so will your deposit, and they’ll try to add on additional charges for “pet damages”. They invest no money into the property and it shows on the inside and outside. Certainly one of Edward Rose’s worst properties. Look elsewhere.
The good reviews are the staff themselves, its what they do all day in the office. This place is a total scam and its basically used to squeeze pennies out of poor people. No customer service skills to speak of. I've had to repeatedly speak with staff about the same problem. They don't seem to communicate with each other at all. The apartments themselves are the same cut and paste 70s apartments that you see everywhere for low income people. Awesome place to live! I moved here nearly five years ago and absolutely love it! The entire staff is efficient and great to work with! A special shout out to Wheylan as he is honestly a very dedicated maintenance worker. Every time he comes to my apartment he is polite, courteous and most of all concerned about each and every repair he does for us. His work ethics are top notch!

Horrible place I would never suggest that someone move here. The prices seem nice but they will extort you out your money. The staff is rude and treat people horribly. They often enter the apartments without advance notice and things break often. There are drugs everywhere. Often you will smell crack and marijuana coming from the apartments or the back of the buildings. If you can find somewhere else please do so or you will be highly disappointed.
