Pros Security - secure building with a great, honest community (someone even returned my lost keys to the office) Laundry - med to large sized washer & dryers, phone app-operated machines are $1.50/cycle. I enjoy the affordability and convenience. No issues with dog/cat hair despite this being pet friendly apartments. Pet Policy - very clean property thanks to a strict policy that uses DNA tracking to ensure residents pick up after their pets. The dogs here are quite quiet, or at least in my experience/hallway.
