Lived here for just shy of 2 years. Ashame really because I loved the apartment itself. The living room was big, the kitchen was a great size and shape. I had enough storage space, and I never heard my neighbors aside from an old couple who had demtia or something and one of them would start shouting. Overall when I was inside, i was happy and it was quiet. The downsides though was first of all the parking. I paid rent, my lease says I can park in the complex, even got a sticker.
