Went into my unit and found a letter from the maintenance team on my table. They gave me no notice that they were entering my unit for a move out inspection. Very unprofessional!!! When I called, they try to convince me that I didn’t call them back and a bunch of other bullshit. Apparently the tenants are always wrong at River Edge and the staff can do whatever they want. If you plan to move here, be aware that they have washing machines to be shared with each building, and many residents will wash their pets beds or items there, and they wont clean after or disinfect. Also, they put things with poop to wash into the washing machines. This admin needs to take their job seriously. Too much blah blah blah, fees and rules, but at the end, they just want money, and they dont care about the well-being of the residents. This is not something new.
