The service has been terrible, and the attitude of the maintenance staff is rude and arrogant. They simply do not fix anything. I rented a duplex that was supposed to have one and a half bathrooms, but the unit I was given only has one full bathroom. I am still waiting for a response regarding this issue. Now that my lease is coming to an end, I have not received any response despite sending emails, including my notice of non-renewal. They simply do not reply. UPDATE: I finally got my money back in January 2026– after filing both an Ohio Attorney General’s complaint and a Better Business Bureau complaint against them. ————————————————————————————— DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
