Update: They never gave me my deposit back. All the good reviews of this place have to be fake. I lived here for over a year, rent always on time, I was quiet. Do not rent here, it has been 65 days since I moved out and they refuse to give me my deposit back and they will not answer the phone. This property is managed horribly, the manager Stacy said she would call me back or send me an email… I got neither. I am now forced to seek legal action to get my deposit back. Please just stay far away from this place.
Things have been getting significantly better with the new staff
I've lived here for a year. Office staff is great! They are super friendly and helpful. Cam is always incredibly welcoming. Maintenance is on point and communicates in a timely manner
Price is right for my daughters first apartment. They have several laundry facilities throughout the property. Maintenance is on it when I call. Ladies in the office are very helpful when I have a question.
I’ve been a resident since 2023 & have been disgusted with this place since my 1st year living here . I recently told them about mold in my apt & nothing was done they just painted over it I also got proof from a mold testing kit & they still tried to tell me I never had mold , they can’t keep management to save their lives. They switch management multiple times through out the years , & not only do they have mold but they also have roaches .
