Properties were very clean and had no appliance issues, staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. Definitely would recommend, great place to live!
I have had an absolutely amazing experience with management, facilities and maintenance. They are highly responsive, the grounds and units are very well maintained. Management is amazing to work with and have a sense of urgency to resolve issues. They are incredibly understanding and I don't have a single bad thing to say about them or our home. I would highly recommend Adrian Apartment Group and Rivers Bend Apartments.
I’ve lived in these apartments for a year and not only are the apartments spacious they are well priced. We are in a 3 bedroom and we love it here.
I have enjoyed my time here! The property management is very professional and mindful of their residents, if you're looking for a nice, safe place in adrian this is it.
I love our apartment complex—it has everything I’ve ever wanted in a home. We have a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and there’s even a pool that opens in the summertime. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, and the neighborhood is quiet. We’ve never had any issues, and it truly feels safe and like home, which is the most important thing, especially when you have a family to take care of.
