I have lived here for a year, affordable, spacious, electric bill is cheap , gas bill is cheap for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. it's comfortable environment, love the spacious hall leading to our apt. Especially when we have in climate weather

Properties were very clean and had no appliance issues, staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. Definitely would recommend, great place to live!
I have had an absolutely amazing experience with management, facilities and maintenance. They are highly responsive, the grounds and units are very well maintained. Management is amazing to work with and have a sense of urgency to resolve issues. They are incredibly understanding and I don't have a single bad thing to say about them or our home. I would highly recommend Adrian Apartment Group and Rivers Bend Apartments.
I’ve lived in these apartments for a year and not only are the apartments spacious they are well priced. We are in a 3 bedroom and we love it here.
