Rivers Bend would not be so bad if they had honest property managers who actually helped make your experience a pleasant one. The property manager there, Amanda, lies to get you in and then denies everything to protect herself. Totally needs to be in a job that does not deal with people.

I currently serve in the military which has brought me to live and work here in Chester 3 different times over the years.This is the 2nd time that I've decided to be a part of the River's Bend community. It's an ideal location that not only puts me in a very nice area, but it's only 12 minutes from FT Lee making a very easy commute on I-295.
