What a pleasant opportunity to meet one of the best maintenance man, Miguel. He worked extremely hard to go far and beyond his title. If you ever have the same opportunity, you will notice his empathy, strong work ethic, trustworthy, communicative. It can be challenging to please every tenant, especially in a 400+ complex. Inadequate aeration in the building, which has led to a rapid growth of mold. Furthermore, I have observed unprofessional behavior from the maintenance staff, including a public argument between a worker and two tenants he was sleeping with! RUN!!!!
