At my wits end with this place. I haven’t had a functional dishwasher since August. I’ve also gone in person more than once to speak about that issue as well as adjusting my lease to make sure my husband is on it - same story each time - “oh wow I’m sorry it’s been so long that’s unacceptable” - then nothing happens. They’ve asked us to fill out the same form twice now. No follow up. Crickets. Ive been living in their Ashford "Premiere" unit for a year. It is marketed as a fully renovated apartment. Not only has it gotten that classic landlord special where white paint goes over every bump and bruise, but mold and water damage as well. To start though I'd like to say I've given countless chances to those involved to make it right by either switching my unit, or providing a discount. But it has fell through, I also work for the government and during the 43 day shutdown I've not been paid of 2025, their regional man... read more

Just want to warn people before renting here. It’s super unfortunate because this complex has so much potential. If you move here just be prepared to do all of your own maintenance. I’ve had ongoing issues with my unit and have been completely brushed off. I’ve reached on several occasions about mold, peeling floors, leaking ceiling. It takes weeks for someone to respond, then they say they will come to your unit to “look” at the issue and the issue is never resolved. They hire Under-qualified maintenance people who do patch... read more
