Management here is ridiculous. I called multiple times to complain about dog poop all over the entrance, parking lot and parking spaces. And was told to park in the visitors parking because they don’t clean up dog poop. They want me to play inspector gadget to find out which resident is not picking up after their Dogs. There’s poop everywhere and management is not doing anything about it. I need my parking space and parking lot clean. This place is disgusting 🤮
Edwin was the best maintenance man we have ever had! He went above and beyond to complete repairs and made my family feel comfortable. He took the time to thoroughly explain things in a way that I could understand. He cleaned up after himself and overall conducted himself with fantastic professionalism! He made us very happy to be apart of the Riversbend community! Edwin is the man!
Anna was so amazing she helped us with finding a home that was affordable and she made the process very easy for us!
Put in a work order for a door, a young man by the name of Edwin came by the very next day and introduced himself, put on booties so not to damage my floor and got straight to work. He fixed the issue within minutes and was kind and courteous. Great service and prompt. Kudos to Rivers Bend and especially the worker Edwin Dejesus!!
