The office girls Andrea and Ginger are so nice and helpful. They are always helping me with my issues and are so kind. I have lived here for over 10 years and have no plans of leaving.
I visited a friend who lives here last week and brought my kids along, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The apartment itself felt older and had some ongoing issues my friend’s been dealing with, but the biggest concern was the pool area. Just moved in and had a few initial problems, but maintenance fixed them all very quickly. Miguel was the one that did all the repair work and it turned out very well. He was very helpful.
Rivers Bend is an incredibly unwelcoming place to reside. My apartment's drywall near the air conditioner was deteriorating, and it took months for the repairs to be addressed. The security gate is always malfunctioning, with no one knowing how to fix it, and a generic access code has been provided to all residents—what kind of security does that really offer?
