Edwin was the best maintenance man we have ever had! He went above and beyond to complete repairs and made my family feel comfortable. He took the time to thoroughly explain things in a way that I could understand. He cleaned up after himself and overall conducted himself with fantastic professionalism! He made us very happy to be apart of the Riversbend community! Edwin is the man!
Anna was so amazing she helped us with finding a home that was affordable and she made the process very easy for us!
Put in a work order for a door, a young man by the name of Edwin came by the very next day and introduced himself, put on booties so not to damage my floor and got straight to work. He fixed the issue within minutes and was kind and courteous. Great service and prompt. Kudos to Rivers Bend and especially the worker Edwin Dejesus!!
!!! Warning!!!! New renters take under consideration Management will sell you fake gold Apartments have water leaks with black mold They dont take responsibility of anything Lack of response and corporate doesn't care. Do not consider renting there, 6 months with water leaks, sewage leak, they use $2 sealers, instead of using a remediation company. Stay away DISTRICT manager page never return calls!!!! Awful experience.
I honestly enjoyed being at this apartment complex until the leasing office jipped us having to pay rent for another month after we moved out. The community is nice, great amenities. As long as you don't mind unclear communication and having to pay extra for it, it is an otherwise nice place. Just be vigilant that even when you have things in writing there is no sympathy and accountability for the offices unclear communication.
