Wonderful and spacious apartments in a convenient location. If you prioritize good communication from your land lord, I highly recommend Riverrein! I could doc a star because of the parking situation. Ideal spots tend to fill up quickly so if you don't get home early in the evening you might have to walk some distance to your front door. My car insurance increased slightly when I moved here as well.
