Black mold in the ceiling leaking poop water everywhere, they refuse to fix it because the maintenance man doesn’t know how to and they won’t hire anyone else to fix the issue. Awful, terrible management and beyond awful maintenance man. My girlfriend’s ceiling has been leaking since she moved in, they patched it and never fixed the problem so now she’s dealing with black mold in her shower and her showing leaking poop water from the ceiling onto all of her floor.
