Absolutely the worst medical center I have ever dealt with. The pre-op nurses have ZERO bedside manner when it comes to pediatric patients. It was so terrible that I had my son put his shoes back on and we walked out on the day of a scheduled surgery. Scheduled it at EGH where they talked me through the entire procedure INCLUDING the administering of medication to calm my child’s anxiety over it AHEAD of time!!
All people very friendly and professional. Took 3 1/2 hr for my surgery. The nurses had a great sense of humor!!!
Thank you RiverPointe for a pleasant experience for something we thought would not be that pleasant. Your staff is very efficient.
