We've stayed at RiverPointe multiple times. The amenities are great, staff is quick and attentive, and units are cute. This time, the unit had an annoying hot water heater banging noise & a musty smell from the kitchen sink (those will be addressed). I was bummed to be placed right next door to an occupied unit where I had to share a deck. I understand now there is limited availability this time of year, and more units will be brought back to the site starting the week of April 1. Also, 1 hot tub was down for maintenance.
