We have moved a couple times & still keep going to Dr G. He's such an awesome resource. Every NP I've met/dealt with when he's not in has also been really wonderful to our kids. Dr G might not be present at every appointment, but you can specify when you book your appointment if you really want or need to see him. Also, he's personally come to see all three of our kids at the hospital when they were born.
Although Dr. G has been wonderful, I received a bill for a wellness visit a year ago, saying he is now out of network. This change would've been good to know prior to my visit.... a year ago. With all the issues with insurance these days, I'd think they could've informed us of this change prior to our coming in. I feel like I've been misled to simply get more money from me.
Best pediatrician in the Chicago area. We moved almost three years ago in the West Suburbs and could not find anybody to substitute his knowledge, professionalism and genuine caring nature. So we travel to see him and totally worth the trip. Staff is also accommodating and warm (we love Diane!).
