I have been a patient here for about a year and have consistently arrived at my appointments on time. For the first time, I missed one, and instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they immediately charged me a $65 cancellation fee. I had mentioned in my previous call that I might need to cancel or reschedule, but they never followed up or confirmed with me.
