Spa closed half the time. Only 1 garbage dumpster for the entire complex that is continually overflowing and filthy. Poor wifi connection and rude and disorganized office staff and management. I recently vacated after giving 30 day notice and have an email from Riverplace confirming my notice to vacate, yet they continue to send daily emails inquiring if I want to continue lease or move to month to.month option.Good luck with any office staff answering the phone during buisiness hours.Overpriced apartments and amenities clos... read more

While I couldn't move-in yet, the property is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so kind.
Overall living here was nice. Friendly staff, lots of families(we have 2 kids and alot of people there have kids so don't expect quiet), atmosphere was nice and easy access to downtown Independence. -Cons are major for this place and would highly recommend avoiding for these reasons- outrageous rent prices, staff rarely responds to emails about important issues, upon move out make sure you go every detail with a fine tooth comb and with a staff member there as they will charge you for everything, even things that don't need ... read more
