Great Apartments! This was one of the cleanest apartments we had ever moved into. I'm a neat freak so usually have to scrub a new place down from top to bottom even when the landlords claim it has been cleaned. Not at RiverPlace; the apartment was good from day one. These apartments are well managed, and it shows. The common areas are kept in good condition, maintenance deals with issues right away, and management is active and communicative to ensure that the community is operating smoothly. This is the best run apartment complex I've seen in my lifetime. So many people I meet here planned it as a temporary stop before they bought another house or moved elsewhere. I, too, planned to stay here only as long as I had a dog because it is VERY dog friendly--then I'd move into the city. Many I've heard say, "I'll leave here feet first. . ."
