Love this place
Horrendous living experience. Management will shut off your water with no notice claiming “emergency” weeks after a scheduled water shut down that never came, at least once every two months. Elevators are shut off for months on end even though with what we pay in rent each month, it would cover total replacement (according to my research). They just don’t care about their tenants and it shows. they forget this is our home, and not just their 9-5 job

By far the worst experience with any building management. I have been a tenant for a year now and I can say I have seen the lowest standard by a management company. They don’t care about their tenants at all. They don’t treat any of your maintenance requests with priority and for them everything is non emergency. They will take days to respond and would consider lack of hot water a non emergency when the weather is not like summertime any longer.
