We were not able to sign the lease and move in on the day that we requested. It had to be during the week. This made things very complicated. Staff insisted on in-person cashier's check, after we explained we were moving in from out of state. The building is old and has a lot of rundown siding and exterior and interior flaws. Also the inside of the apartment smells like frequent tobacco smoke use.

Edit: This property sucks without someone like Kandice. Kyle is never in office, and when he is. He pretends to be busy. I’ve tried many times to pay rent in person, and he’s never in office. Also, to add- there are transient people in the trash every night. No security for this side of town. Only good part, is the view of the river. Besides that, I really wish I didn’t rent here.
