Edit: This property sucks without someone like Kandice. Kyle is never in office, and when he is. He pretends to be busy. I’ve tried many times to pay rent in person, and he’s never in office. Also, to add- there are transient people in the trash every night. No security for this side of town. Only good part, is the view of the river. Besides that, I really wish I didn’t rent here. The pictures looked high end. Great veiw lots of room but everything but the countertop was old and outdated. Good price just through the landlord was pretty rude. Snapping at my kids the entire tour over weird things.
0/5 Stars – Absolute Failure of Management and Habitability This apartment complex has been one of the worst renting experiences of my life and is in clear violation of Washington State landlord-tenant laws. First and most serious: management attempted to illegally raise rent mid-lease for all tenants, which is prohibited under RCW 59.18. Rent amounts cannot be changed during a fixed-term lease. We like living here, the new manager, Kyle, is super nice. Hes very helpful and goes out of his way to help us.
