The maintenance team, especially Larry, are so quick and helpful! They always have a smile and answer all of my many questions!
I recently moved into my apartment about a week ago, and I absolutely love it! Ryan and Alexis have been wonderful , they’ve made the entire process smooth and stress-free for me and my partner. I’ve noticed that the office seems to be a bit short-staffed, so sometimes calls go unanswered, but I completely understand given the circumstances. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and I truly love it here!
I visited Rivermont for business and had the pleasure of working with Alexis. She was very professional and polite. This made my visit run smoothly. Thank Alexis !!
Larry came yesterday to check to see if I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink. There were no finding but he did volunteer to clean whatever the residue buildup was that had collected around the pipes. I greatly appreciate his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks Larry!
