My maintenance team JC and Larry are absolutely amazing. Not only did they contact me to let me know they were bringing my washer but the brought in my packages from outside my door and had no issues with my guard dog that wants nothing but lovies. These guys went above and beyond. I've been here 2 years and they are what make living here even better. Thanks guys!
Horrible.don’t answer the phone.does not call back. takes forever for the maintenance people to come. we called when we first moved there for our door and lights fixed and they didn’t not come to fix it until a week before we moved out.
Jesse and Jc Came and gave me a brand new dishwasher and i love it already i can’t wait til i use it they also help me out with my stove with no problem may God continue to bless them
Even though it took some time for my maintenance tickets request to follow through after reaching out to management. I would like to thank Jesse who was as patient as we were to get things done in a timely matter in our unit. He had such a positive attitude and went above and beyond! Thanks again Jesse we really appreciate all that you do in this community!
