My dad stayed at Rivermont until he passed away. I will tell you. If you want dedicated staff who get to know the resident, use this place. They all, and I mean down to every single staff member, get to know the resident. They used first names and greeted my dad almost every time they walked past him. Bill was outgoing, so i don't know if that had anything to do with it, but they were very friendly. They put their hand on people's backs, leaned over, and spoke to them. That speaks volumes. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and staff of Rivermont. They were a God-send to my family, particularly my grandfather. They have taken great care of him during his recovery the past few months. While it isn’t “home”, my grandpa has enjoyed his time there, especially Bingo! Thank you Rivermont for all you have done for my grandpa and all your other residents!
My parents recently moved in to Rivermont. Everyone has been so wonderful. June is an amazing director who knows everyone! Megan and Sarah have been so helpful with all of our questions. Vicki and Donna have handled everything with the medications so professionally! All of the staff have been kind and patient. You can tell they all really love what they do. They are all so caring. We are so pleased with how they have made my parents feel like family! Thank you all for what you do!!
I just recently moved in from a different community and I am SO PLEASED with Rivermont. They have been SO accommodating for me and my wife as we need assistance. The team here has been kind, patient, and warm especially with my wife with dementia. I’m so pleased with everyone here. In my heart, I know that this is the right place after touring so many
The people at this community are very friendly! The food is YUMMY- which is hard to find in some communities. I love playing dominoes with my guy friends every day at 1! My daughter lives close and I’ve lived here in Norman for 40 years. This is the right place to come!!!
