We’ve had a great experience purchasing land at Rivermark. Zoey is amazing, she has always been kind, helpful and always responsive, keeping us updated, and making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. For a location less than 20 km from the CBD, Rivermark really offers the best value, it's so peaceful and tucked away, with a lovely riverside feel, which is exactly what we were hoping for. So looking forward to building our future home here and becoming part of the Rivermark community. 🥰

Rivermark has no accountability and professionalism at all. Once the land is sold, Rivermark doesn’t care anymore, has no customer service or whatsoever. We need to communicate with their fencing and landscaping contractors, Landscape Elements, which use sub-contractors hence making the process time-consuming and nothing gets done. We were promised to be able to move in 6-8weeks post handover. We end up waited for 3months. I needed to send lots of emails to chase up on the progress, making my life so difficult.

Disappointing experience building with Rivermark. Rivermark said they cover my fencing and landscaping but my house has finished by other builder 3 months ago already and now I still can’t move in because my fencing is not done. Without fencing, there’s no barrier between my house and my neighbour’s land, no sense of security at all and the construction rubbish next doors constantly got blown onto my land.
