Had some business at this branch that luckily only included two visits. The staff here are not friendly or helpful and borderline rude. The shocking difference is we recently had the chance to go into Unitus credit union just the same week and they were the exact opposite. They were friendly, greeted us, made sure to help in every way possible and made our visit smooth and hassle free. I am so happy that my business with Rivermark is done so I don’t have to go back. If I ever need a credit union it will be Unitus!
Incredibly unacceptable service. Staff unprofessional. Avoid.
The service since the merger is sub par and extremely inconsistent. No idea what happened. The kiosk site in Newberg is always dirty and very outdated. If you call, it either takes forever or you cannot get through to anybody. I loved Advantis and the customer service. And it's too complex to switch my banking over right now, so I will put up with sub par.
