I noticed some unauthorized charges coming from my Amazon account which I quickly brought to the attention of Rivermark. A month later, I received a notice they had determined the charges were not fraudulent, they were not going to help me, and the money would be removed from my checking. This is the second time I've had this issue and the second time they have refused to help me. I never had this problem with a real bank. I would leave it at zero if I could. This bank steals your money, I tried to close an account with a toxic ex and I couldnt but now they took the money out of my PERSONAL account but now I can magically get off the account only if I pay it. Do not bank with these people, they are not people work with. SAVE YOURSELF.
First time in this branch. I was immediately intimidated by the automation of it all as I am technologically limited. But the nice young lady in front was extremely kind and professional. She got me checked in and then an equally nice young man came out and helped me complete my deposit. Thank you you guys!
This company is absolutely ridiculous, and would not recommend to my worst enemy.
