This is a complete dystopia for customers and workers alike. Nothing but video atms and a poor concierge whose job it is to tell you to get in line, and that you are not allowed to do your business with either of the two humans employees available in offices. I feel absolutely terrible for the people working here and I won’t be back.
The merger with Advantis has been bumpy, but this credit union has always come through for me with real people helping me through every issue I’ve come across. I deeply appreciate all the prompt fraud alerts and quick resolutions. I always feel that they are on my side to protect my money, even when I only have a measly $123 in my account. Shout out to Rae for turning a weird fraud scare into a whimsical and fun bank visit (twice).
Imagine if a bottom tier dmv opened a credit union and that's the level of customer service and quality of operations you'll expect to experience as a "customer" of RM... not wasting any more of my time documenting this migraine, only posting this in the event it saves someone else the future clusters of having to work with this bammer CU. They acquired my loan from Advantis so I didn't have a choice. Worst experience...
Incredibly unreliable wow. I'm 67 and have never seen a place so unreliable. I am so sick of their website error message. No matter what you try to do it says I'm sorry there was an error. You can't change your password or update you contact information. I told them about this over and over and over again and it has not been resolved. It's to the point of being a major security risk now. I am making formal consumer complains with the FTC and the Department of Justice. AVOID
Since these guys merged with Advantis their level of incompetence has hit an all time high! I have had to call them multiple times over a one week period to get a single call back that I was told would be returned the same day. I even called and was told by someone that they would get me someone to speak with instead of waiting on the callback, which would only take them a minute , but instead I say on hold for more than 20 minutes until I hung up. They suddenly had issues locating our insurance info related to our vehicles.... read more
