This company is absolutely ridiculous, and would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Ever since the merger this place has gone to hell
I think it’s silly to have someone welcome you into the bank without the ability to actually help you. I went in today for some assistance and all they could do was wait for a teller to become available which took forever. Y’all need to hire more humans. Also get your staff that are in-person able to help customers if they can’t why is there 4 people diddlying their thumbs with nothing to do?
