I think it’s silly to have someone welcome you into the bank without the ability to actually help you. I went in today for some assistance and all they could do was wait for a teller to become available which took forever. Y’all need to hire more humans. Also get your staff that are in-person able to help customers if they can’t why is there 4 people diddlying their thumbs with nothing to do? I would do business elsewhere if I were you. This credit union has to be the worst I have ever seen or dealt with. I am a member of several credit unions and the way my wife and I have been treated by this one is nothing short of shocking. Over a year ago our truck was stolen in a consignment scam. The thief has been indicted on 35 charges. As far as I know, this credit union did absolutely nothing to track down the truck. I did it myself. I found the truck.
