had them for years, every time i try to get a loan or help from them its a joke. They want collateral to give you anything and there loan officers suck. Had Onpoint for years and they are far better bank. I am canceling my account soon advise anyone to stay away from this bank unless you like crap services
Fifteen years with Rivermark and (especially since the merger) my opinion of them has gone from Cloud 9 to boring, tired tedium. They wear "local" and "community" like a skin suit, but when I call them on the phone I'm speaking to a robot or someone overseas. Why is that? Nothing says "local" like "Mumbai, Oregon, PNW." Well over a decade ago I was looking for an alternative to the big banks, having been fed up with U.S. Bank, I ended up opening an account at this Rivermark location after being convinced of the benefits by an excitable and committed employee who was an ex-Big Bank worker, also disillusioned with the banking industry and the hope of what community credit unions could offer as an alternative.
