EDIT: I had to get a rental car while my personal vehicle is being repaired. The mediocre website would not allow me to change my E-ZPass to the rental car. I tried online chat, but they were "too busy." It told me to call, so I did. The phone rep would not allow me to use my E-ZPass transponder and insisted on sending me a new "personal" transponder (for the rental car). very poor service. they continued to send bills to an incarcerated individual, despite me being the valid registered owner and equal ow on the title. they refused to update billing to reflect proper mailing, thus incurring mass late fees. I mailed an affidavit showing I was equal owner and they still refused to update billing, forcing me to reach out to the Incarcerated individual. He disputed it and two days later they changed liability to me yet wanted me to pay for bills that had incurred large fees, that were in HIS name... read more

Late fees for a dead man. The customer no service is horrible. $60 in late fees because the payment was 4 days late due to the bill going to a dead man. I am amazed at how unhelpful they are even when I disputed.
