Website doesn't work when out of country and no customer service response. ~$140 fees when back in country 1 year later. Great bridge! I'll drive through Ohio/Virginias next time to purposely avoid your trash state!
Every single interaction I have is so difficult and unnecessarily problematic. They say to add things online but every time I try, it says cannot process and that I have to call for help. Then I spend over an hour on the phone trying to pay a $20 bill. Whenever possible just take the free bridge. River link makes everything so difficult and complicated.
RiverLink is a joke. They have qualifications on their website that they don’t uphold and they throw in extra rules that they don’t tell you until you ask why you didn’t get your credit, even though you were told before that you did qualify and would get the credit. Then they try saying you didn’t have enough trips when you do and were told before you did. They’re a complete scam
I have serious concerns and disappointment regarding RiverLink’s customer service and billing practices. Last year, I traveled to the area for business and promptly paid my tolls online. Shortly after, I received a text referencing an invoice, but when I checked the system, no outstanding balance was shown.
