The doctors and staff are excellent. They are caring and compassionate.
Today was our first visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful, it was a very welcoming atmosphere. My cats are very nervous around other people, and Dr. Campbell was sensitive to that and made me feel very comfortable. I loved that they weren't pushy and trying to get unnecessary treatments. I will definitely be going back for annual check ups and emergencies.
We visited Riverlin today for the first time with our two cats, Lily and Luna. We needed a last minute vet appointment to look at Luna's eye as we came home from vacation and it was closed. The Dr. took his time answering all our questions and was so nice. We never felt rushed at all. We will be using Riverlin as our regular vet going forward and will recommend them highly.
The staff is wonderful and I will be bringing all my pets them from now on.
If you're looking for a vet that cares more about your pet than their bottom line.... look no further ...
Absolutely LOVE the staff and Vets. Our first visit was free where the Vet, Dr. Campbell, took the time to sit with us and talk to us and not rush us out because of being on a time schedule. Our Great Dane needed surgery on a pretty severe hernia when she was 3 months old. Dr. Campbell was kind and patient and eased our fears through the process. They took GREAT care of our baby while she was there and made the process and stress, so much easier. I highly recommend Riverlin and they have us as patients, for life :)
