horrible, there are multiple holes in the floors and baseboards, gaps under the cabinets. missing gutters so the rain from the roof comes down in a spout right in front of your door. the a/c condenser is not the proper btu rating for the size of the apartment and the ducting under the house is falling apart. It’s not insulated at all so the temp gets into the mid 80’s inside the apartment all day. in the winter it’s below 60. there is a NEC violation of an electric wire rated for 60 amps being protected by a 100 amp breaker.... read more
