At first dentist and staff were very friendly. Then the dental staff had some changes and things went south very quickly. I arrived for my appointment and checked in. After the appointment I was shown the back exit of the office. The new receptionist ran out into the parking lot stating " you have to see me first! You can't just leave without checking with me" She insisted that I return with her and was talking trash to me. There wasn't any reason for her rude behavior. Went to get services and ortho work up and when I asked how much the insurance would cover, they said that they wouldn’t know until they contact the insurance. I was cancelling the ortho work up because I thought they would charge and I was told that the insurance would cover and I would not have yo pay anything so I got the work up done. Just got smacked with a $150 bill and called the office where they just said that the insurance did not cover their 100%. So because their percentages don’t add up, I’m stuck with the bill ... read more
