My daughter has been seeing Gaynell for 10 months and Lisa for a few months now and I cannot say enough how wonderful they both are! They show my daughter so much patience and are amazing at coming up with solutions that work for my daughter. They are truly like apart of our family!
Sabrina in statements department took my call and made the process on retrieval of our receipts and changing some contact info so easy. She cares about the people she helps and it shows. It was a breath of fresh air.
We have been very happy with our Speech Therapist from River Kids. She genuinely cares about our child and is someone we feel that we can trust. Thank you!
We were overcharged a visit because the therapist did not let us know he had exceeded his number of visits. I will be looking for a different company for speech therapy because I did not see any improvements. The therapist showed him song videos during visits as well. I’m not paying $50 a week so his speech therapist can pull up Youtube. Pretty disappointed but will be looking elsewhere
RiverKids owners and administrative staff has unfortunately failed our family. Due to high turnover in staff within the Houston office my child’s ST has been placed on hold several times. Each year, as the parent, I have to call and remind the new staff of the protocol to obtain additional sessions per our insurance despite this information being provided each year to their staff.
