I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY We used the Riverina Pool branch in Joondalup back in August last year. What an experience! Here's a brief look at what opportunities they could of got better - The initial site quote was wrong, due to miss measurements wrong gear was ordered for the dig. Delayed install - Had to send Bobcat away on the scheduled dig date, due to not fitting through side access. We had a pool with pool heater installed on a wall on a wall bracket back in 2020. After 2.5 years we noticed the wall bracket is now coming off the wall by 2cm and the whole heat pump pool heater is at risk of collapsing off the wall. Unfortunately this is not covered by their 12 month workmanship warranty even though it feels clear (to me) that it's poor workmanship if the bracket is falling off the wall within a few years.
