Our pool has now been completed with Riverina Pools and we have been very happy overall with the service received. We did have a couple of minor issues pop up how ever Riverina was very quick to rectify and sort this out for us and we could not be happier with our final result!
Our experience with Riverina Pools has been excellent from start to finish. Kevin at the display centre was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Hayden was also great, keeping everything on track and liaising with us throughout the installation process. We were particularly pleased that the installation date was brought forward in consultation with us, which was a great outcome. The customer service team kept us well informed every step of the way, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
So far our experience with Riverina has been great. Kevin at Joondalup was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our homes yard situation and have been comfortable dealing with him. Very excited to see how our pool progresses.
