Nice community but management is absent and never respond to calls, emails or text. They will try and keep your deposit with delays and stall tactics after the 21 days. Per California Law they must return your deposit within 21 days while forcing you to sue them in small claims. If you want approachable management this is not the place to be. 5yr Tenant
They scheduled a time for me to see the apartment. I made some time and drove all the way to see the apartment, but after waiting for more than 30 minutes, they did not show up. I called the manager several times, rang the bell of the onsite office, but no response. The scheduling assistant got back to me after more than 30 min, telling me to reschedule. I had to leave and my time was wasted.
The apartment is beautifully maintained, spacious, quiet, and provides a comfortable, safe, and welcoming living environment.
