Better communication. Open amenities back up. Reimburse us for amenities paid for that we haven't had for two months.
I applied to live at riverhouse back in may of 2019 fortunately I ended up living somewhere else. gor the last 10 months I have been calling and requesting a call back from management and not once has a phone call been received. instead I got an email from the assistant manager saying the phone number on file is not correct. which is a LIE, I have had this number since 1999. it's been almost a year and no one is taking responsibility for turning me over to a collection agency you are the ones that owe me.
