Living at RiverHouse was an amazing experience! I’m so glad our friends recommended us to live here for our first move out to NJ! The building was stunning from the views, common area, to the apartment. Our concerns were addressed in a timely manner from the maintenance team and the garage was very large and spacious. We’ve missed our time living here and hopefully we can be back in the future! Shout out to Alisha & Michael for all that they do to make the move in process as seamless as possible.
Lived here over 5yrs… great mgmt and concierge.. shout out to Mike at mgmt office for being uber kind and attentive.. clean and quiet building and maintenance service was also great. All staff very friendly as well.
Three years at RiverHouse 9, and from day one, the building felt like more than just a place to live. Michael, the community manager, deserves a lot of the credit for that. Three years at RiverHouse 9 and it’s honestly hard to put into words how much we loved it here. Michael, the community manager, made such a difference. Always approachable, quick to help with anything we needed, and just genuinely great at his job. The building itself has held up really well the whole time. Hallways, elevators, amenities, all consistently clean and well cared for. And the location is unbeatable if you want an easy commute into the city without giving up great views.
