Living at RiverHouse 9 has honestly been such an incredible experience. I’ve been here since 2021, and the quality of the building has stayed consistent the entire time, which says a lot. First of all, the location couldn’t be better. The commute to the city is so quick and easy, and the views are unreal. One thing I really appreciate is how clean the building always is, the hallways, amenities, elevators, and all other common areas. It will be my third summer here, and I’m really happy about it! I was very hesitant to move into a rental building because I had a bad experience before but not in this building. I’ll start from the beginning: the leasing office staff is great everyone is friendly and helpful. The walls are thick, and I never hear our neighbors, which is especially important to me.
