Living at RiverHouse 9 has honestly been such an incredible experience. I’ve been here since 2021, and the quality of the building has stayed consistent the entire time, which says a lot. First of all, the location couldn’t be better. The commute to the city is so quick and easy, and the views are unreal. It will be my third summer here, and I’m really happy about it! I was very hesitant to move into a rental building because I had a bad experience before but not in this building. I’ll start from the beginning: the leasing office staff is great everyone is friendly and helpful. The walls are thick, and I never hear our neighbors, which is especially important to me. Overall living here at RH9 is great. Easy commute to the city, nice view, good amenities (gym is incredible!). staff is friendly and responsive. Special shout out to Alisha at leasing office. From initial tour to final move-out, she nails it and makes me truly feel like I'm home. everyone in concierge team is always welcoming and helpful - thank you!
