A resident since the year they opened (2021), the building has stayed clean, safe and with a top notch Concergie team! Anytime I had any issues both the management, Michael, Alisha, Julian, Samantha and maintenance team, Jason, Melky were on top of it. I’ve referred residents to other Veris properties as well as here just from how resident forward everyone has been. I only wish the units were for purchase because I enjoy this building and the sister building so much!
Pietro (concierge) needs coaching on social skills and an attitude check. The mans ego diminishes the value of this building.
Moving to RiverHouse9 has been a great experience. The building is beautiful, with excellent amenities that make daily life easy. The area is peaceful, clean, and it's very convenient to get the city—especially with the nearby ferry. The staff is friendly, and the leasing office is always responsive. I had such an extraordinary experience with Gina and her team in the leasing office. Of all the apartment complexes I toured around the Weehawken waterfront, RiverHouse 9 was the most welcoming, informative, friendly, and helpful. This is an outstanding complex with outstanding representatives. Highly recommend!
