Move-in process was simple and staff were very accomodating
I lived here for 5 years and the only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the maintenance team. Jason and his team have gone above and beyond for the tenants in the building, from making sure anything I needed fixed was fixed in a timely manner to making sure the amenities were always working. I will def miss having them around to help me.
Riverhouse 11 is a great place to call home if you’re looking for a luxury experience. Jason and his team are always so accommodating. I would highly recommend this building! The rooftop views and the amenities are breathtaking. Professional, attentive management and wonderful clean property.
The gym has become a free for all. There's no enforcement of people who don't live there and it's a problem. Most mornings, the booty doctor (an obnoxiously loud trainer who lives in this building) brings randos for workouts and acts like he owns the gym. Basically he actually owns it for real because he brings people left and right, while no one at the front desk cares and the residents have to navigate around his "guests". I’ve lived at Riverhouse 11 for three years, and the maintenance team is one of the biggest reasons I keep renewing. They’re always friendly, professional, and incredibly quick to handle any request—whether it’s an appliance, repair, or issue in the building. Jason’s leadership really shines through. He’s always on site, always on top of everything, and often handling issues before I even bring them up.
