Update Nov 2025: The oven issue has been fixed after service requests. The apartment is overall nice but the appliances are horrible quality. We’ve had issues with the whirlpool oven since we moved in and it was never resolved after two service requests. We had to basically give up baking entirely. Our experience with RH11 so far has been very good. The building has great infrastructure and amenities. The leasing agent Alisha has been very helpful with our requests before and after move-in. I spent 3 years at RiverHouse 11. Amazing place, amazing people! If you want to live in NY, but stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the evening, while enjoying the skyline view, the drone shows from time to time; River House 11 is THE PLACE TO BE. I loved it. I recommend this residence, thanks also to the team who looks after all the amenities, the rooftop and the roof garden. Abe and Jason were of great support and help. Thanks to them and all Michael's team!
Such an awesome experience with RH11. The building is beautiful and the amenities are top-notch — everything is so well taken care of.
