I recently moved to RiverHouse 11 and am excited to live here! The building is situated in a very nice neighborhood with quick access to groceries, cafes and restaurants and super convenient location to get around to NYC or within NJ. The building has some great amenities for all residents - adults as well as kids. The management and staff (Demetrius, Abe, Ashley, Z, Johnny) are very warm and helpful. Michael and the Management team are truly spectacular. The maintenance team is attentive. It’s been a phenomenal experience!
I grew up in NYC so was a bit hesitant about leaving, but this place was incredible. The commute to manhattan is a dream, and the building is really nice. Management is responsive. Michael P is the man. The front desk is great, and Abe in particular is a genuinely awesome dude. Leaving due to a move away from tři-state, but high quality building and team.
