Riverhorse Ranch is pretty place to live. Don't be fooled though, my rent has increased by $150 in the last year. The water bill, which is allocated has lingered aound $56 and does not include trash. This is amount is for a 2 bed 2 bath for 2 people. This apartment has a pool, sand volleyball, and huge gym, tennis courts and a full size basketball court.
