I’m writing this 5 � review and we only worked with Mike Peters (Union Centre/West Chester) for a couple days! We were having some trouble with getting our preapproval together with another lender so we reached out to Mike in desperation. He was immediately “on the case” emailing me forms and a list of what he needed. He worked late into the night and stayed actively engaged with me and my realtor via text and email the entire time. Riverhills Bank new slogan should be "We promise to never let serving you as a valued costomer get in the way of our Policies." After 20 years with this bank I think it's time to move on. If they are going to treat me the way 5/3 bank would I may as well bank there. At least that way I can get the benefits of a big bank while being treated as though they are doing me a favor by letting me keep my money there. I think I've been insulted by the branch manager at the Amelia/Hamlet branch for the last time.
